I sat down with longtime pal Nina Ballanytne from Parkour Outreach. We talked politics of space, the recent #railmarathon and why Parkour deserves to be treated better than a glittery backflip in performance practice.

We also spoke about how if there was a gun to our heads we would be able to run to each others houses 50 miles away and the time I got her to sprint across a parkour spot to save balloon versions of the audience that was watching.
